33-year-old vineyards located in the municipality of Laguardia. The soil is very poor calcareous-clay on south-facing slopes. Wholly-owned vineyards harvested by hand. Viura and Malvasia grape varieties
Mediterranean climate with Atlantic influence that varies extremely between summer and winter.
Annual rainfall: 400 litres.
The grape must ferments in stainless-steel vats at temperatures below 15°C to obtain the best aromas. This semi-sweet wine is produced by halting fermentation before it is fully completed.
Pale, bright yellow colour. Aromas of fresh fruit with a fine and elegant expression. Very refreshing and pleasant on the palate thanks to its balanced acidity and touch of sweetness.
This wine is a very pleasant accompaniment to fish and seafood, rice and pasta, snacks and desserts
