The way the winery was constructed in 1948 sets the foundations for today’s wine production. Inside the winery, there are 10 concrete vats that can be visited on a guided tour.
These vats are 7 metres deep and keep a steady temperature of 14°C, perfect for conserving wine all year round.
When entering them, one takes a step back in time to see and understand a little more of the history of wine and witness first-hand some of our earlier generations’ most curious winemaking customs.

In 2009, the winery was extended with the installation of 15 new steel tanks, thus making it possible to combine the latest winemaking techniques with the oldest and so apply the most appropriate method for each individual wine.
